Wanna upgrade your account to get unlimited assessment and Therapy Room usage? 

After creating your free account:

  • If you have an offer code for an upgrade, email our support team at asksupport@presence.com and indicate if you’re interested in an annual or monthly membership. 
  • If you are a School Psychologist, click on the Upgrade button in the dropdown under your user name on the Home page. 
  • If you are a Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist, email our support team at asksupport@presence.com to upgrade (self-service option coming soon!)

Frequently asked questions

The free plan gives access to all the platform’s main features, including caseload management, session documentation, and 240 minutes per month of meeting room use.

The “counter” starts when you begin a therapy session in the meeting room and stops when you end the session. Otherwise, planning activities such as building your queue or caseload management do not count towards your monthly minutes.

Your meeting room will display your remaining minutes for the current month. When you’ve used all 240 minutes, you will no longer be able to conduct therapy sessions in the room. However, you will still have access to other features such as caseload management, documentation, and lesson planning with content from our extensive library.

After creating your free account:

  • If you are a School Psychologist, click on the Upgrade button in the Your Therapy Room section of your Home screen.
  • If you are a Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist, email our support team at asksupport@presence.com to upgrade (self-service option coming soon!)

Presence does not store or track your information on the free plan, so your information will not be transferred when you upgrade.

You will have access to our Help Center for resources and support articles on how to use Kanga. For our license holders, additional resources are available to you, including live training, office hours, and clinical consultation. You’ll receive information on these resources once you’ve purchased a license.

If you need more than one license for your group, please fill out this form to schedule a consultation.

We’re sorry to see you go! But if you must, email asksupport@presence.com, and they’ll help cancel your plan. For annual plans, contact our support team to cancel your license at least 30 days before your plan renews.
