Kate Eberle Walker
Chief Executive Officer
Kate Eberle Walker is an education industry leader, author, and working mom with more than 20 years of experience leading high-profile education companies. Prior to coming to Presence in 2019, Kate was CEO of The Princeton Review and Tutor.com, and she led corporate strategy and investments for Kaplan, Inc.
She began her career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. She serves on several education-focused boards, including Babbel, Barnes and Noble Education, Prospect Schools, and Testing Mom.
Kate is the author of the book, “The Good Boss: Nine Ways Every Manager Can Support Women at Work”. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their two daughters.

Jessica Wang
Chief Operating Officer
Jessica Wang brings over a decade of transformational leadership in operations, strategy, and business development to Presence. Known for her expertise in P&L ownership, scaling global operations, and driving revenue growth, Jessica is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of launching innovative products and optimizing organizational performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Prior to joining Presence, Jessica served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at 2U, Inc., where she led diverse teams across global markets, managed a $70 million P&L, and orchestrated large-scale change initiatives. Her leadership resulted in significant operational efficiencies, $50 million in cost savings, and a 66% increase in program placements. During her tenure, Jessica spearheaded the development and launch of new revenue-generating products, including the Virtual Field Experience, which generated over $1 million in revenue during the pandemic. Her contributions extended to equity initiatives and scaling the company’s program portfolio from 6 to over 40, supporting disciplines across education, nursing, and social work.
Jessica holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers University. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she has also demonstrated her commitment to fostering innovation as a board advisor to multiple edtech startups and as a limited partner with Emerge Venture Capital.

Brian Stephen
General Counsel
Brian Stephen has 20+ years of experience providing advice and counsel to public and private companies and individuals across a range of industries.
Prior to joining Presence, Brian was an in-house attorney with a private equity firm, where he managed the legal affairs of businesses across diverse industries, including automotive, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, and staffing. Previously, he was an Associate General Counsel with Kaplan, Inc., a global education company. He began his career in private practice in New York City.
Brian holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Anne Hogarty
Chief Commercial Officer
Anne Hogarty is a strategy, operations and finance executive who focuses on driving growth and profitability for mission-driven organizations. Her experience spans digital media and consumer healthcare, fortune 500 companies and start-ups, for-profit and non-profit enterprises.
She has held a variety of executive positions at early and growth-stage companies in the healthcare and tech industries. Most recently, Anne was CEO of Extend Fertility, a women’s healthcare company pioneering a new model for fertility services. Prior to that, Anne helped steer BuzzFeed, the digital publisher, through a period of hyper-growth, first on the finance team and then as leader of BuzzFeed’s international business, where she doubled revenue and negotiated a joint venture to launch in the Japanese market. Anne started her career in finance, with stints at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and in M&A at Kaplan. She holds a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Anne lives in New York City with her husband and three children.

Fletcher Hutson
Chief Revenue Officer
Fletcher leads the company’s sales, renewal, and revenue operations teams while overseeing the successful implementation of go-to-market strategies and growth-related functions across Presence. With over a decade of experience in sales and revenue leadership, Fletcher has a proven track record of scaling high-growth organizations and successfully guiding customer-facing teams through key milestones, including acquisition and IPO.
Prior to joining Presence, Fletcher was a key leader at PowerSchool, an innovating provider of K-12 education technology solutions. At PowerSchool, Fletcher had revenue responsibility for multiple service lines across North America, driving growth and expanding the company’s market presence.
Fletcher lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife and two children.

Jess Compagnola
Chief Financial Officer
Jess is a strategic financial leader with 20+ years of experience scaling high-growth companies and investing in private markets. He specializes in both strategic and operational finance, including capital allocation, fundraising, M&A, FP&A, and team building.
Most recently, he served as the CFO of Carrum Health, a digital health, value-based care company offering surgery and oncology benefits, recognized as one of Fierce Healthcare’s Fierce 15. Prior to that, he was Nomad Health’s first finance hire and became the CFO by helping it grow from $6M to $550M in revenue, making it SIA’s fastest-growing healthcare staffing platform.
Before focusing on high-growth companies, Jess was a director at an alternative investment fund, overseeing investments across multiple sectors. He began his career at PwC and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. Jess lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.

Colt Stander
Chief Product Officer
Colt brings more than 15 years of experience building products for consumers and clinicians. Inspired by his background as a designer from Purdue with a Harvard MBA, his work stretches across a broad range of health tech in diabetes, eldercare, and wellness. He has contributed to companies as large as Abbott Labs and as small as his own startup where he built solutions to delight the consumer while streamlining the workflow of the clinician. His products have sales in excess of $2 billion and transformed industries. Most recently, he led Product Management, Design, Engineering, and QA teams at PAX Labs, creating a near medical-grade consumer experience in a heavily regulated and fragmented market.
The Presence mission resonates personally with Colt—he grew up in a rural Nebraska town and worked with an SLP in his elementary school for several years. Some of his family members still live in the small town of 250 and work for the local public school.
Colt currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two young children.

Lynne Inabnitt, M.A., CCC-SLP
Vice President of Clinical Solutions
Lynne Inabnitt drives forward efforts in learning, development, and quality while striving to make evidence-based practices and effective service delivery more accessible for all. She is passionate about elevating the experience of Presence therapist providers and related professionals, promoting their constant evolution and growth, in order to best support the needs of children with diverse needs.
Lynne brings 15 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist to her role as Senior Vice President of Clinical Success, along with previous in-depth experience across a variety of pediatric and educational settings. She has worked in the teletherapy industry since 2015. Her extensive management experience in Operations provides a strong foundation for her position as Senior Vice President of Clinical Success.
Lynne is an ASHA certified SLP, holds multiple state licenses, and received her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Miami University of Ohio.
Lynne brings 15 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist to her role as Senior Vice President of Clinical Success, along with previous in-depth experience across a variety of pediatric and educational settings. She has worked in the teletherapy industry since 2015. Her extensive management experience in Operations provides a strong foundation for her position as Senior Vice President of Clinical Success.
Lynne is an ASHA certified SLP, holds multiple state licenses, and received her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Miami University of Ohio.
Lana Ratcliff, M.S., CCC-SLP
Vice President of Provider Relations
Lana Ratcliff is the Director of Clinical Relations at Presence. She draws on years of experience working directly with students and her deep understanding of client needs honed during five years as a teletherapist and two years with the Presence Provider Relations team.
Lana’s professional foundation includes 12 years as a speech-language pathologist in schools, hospitals, and private practice in Kansas City, Missouri.
Lana received an M.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Central Missouri.

Bonnie Contreras, Ed.S., NCSP
Vice President of Clinical Solutions
As a Vice President of Clinical Solutions at Presence, a leading provider of PreK–12 remote special education-related and mental health evaluation and teletherapy services, Bonnie leverages her experience as a school-based and virtual school psychologist to serve students with diverse needs. She focuses on crafting meaningful solutions and partnerships for remote therapy provision in PreK-12 educational settings. Bonnie is committed to connecting students who have identified needs to highly-qualified practitioners through a tele-therapeutic format.
Bonnie has 15 years experience in the field, including her positions as a school counselor. In this capacity, she supported incorporation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS) from beginning program adoption to district management of teams and identification of research-based behavioral and mental health interventions.
Bonnie maintains her NCSP credential, holds multiple state licenses, and received her Ed.S. in School Psychology from the University of Idaho.
Bonnie has 15 years experience in the field, including her positions as a school counselor.
